The ichthyc community structure was analyzed in littoral zones of the town Boca de Uchire situated in Anzoategui State, easthern zone of Venezuela. The monthly survey was conducted from August 2017 to January 2018, evaluating parameters such as temperature, salinity and waves. A total of 4.179 fish were captured with a biomass of 79927, 30 g pertaining to Chondryctych and Osteihtics clases, grouped in 7 orders, 15 families and 46 species. The most important families (according to the number of species) were: Scianidae, Ariidae and Carangidae. Specific dominance in first four months was low with values between 21% (Stellifer stellifer) and 35% (Pellona harroweri). The second dominant species in the last months was Larimus breviceps with average of 14, 32 ±3, 77%, which is lower than those presented by the two Stellifer especies (over 50% of sampling). There were monthly differences in the abundance of especies and the analysis of environmental factors showed than the principal parameter modulator of fish community was is the waves.
